Cute Bento Boxes

Art isn't just something you can wear or decorate your house with...it can also be something you can eat. For the past few weeks I've been following several blogs that showcase the *cutest* bento boxes! Now that both my children are old enough for grade school, I've been dying to make them cute bento boxes to take for lunch! Each lunch is like a tiny miniature work of art ... that you can eat. Just adorable.

I'm hoping to hit the big Japanese Grocery store about 45 minutes north of me in a week or two to look for some cute little bento boxes. If I do find some, I also plan on ordering this inspirational book....and some metal shape cutters for stamping food out in cute shapes. I'm hoping I can even get my two little guys to try some new foods by making them look like cute little ninjas and creatures!
